I am curious as to why you "hate" it...hate is a very strong word. Maybe if you looked at it a little differently...the word
sushi simply means, "with rice" and it is not necessarily all raw fish...you can make any vegetarian sushi with carrots, cucumbers, avocado...and it is all just...veggies with rice.
