How do you choose a new hair salon?

Since I live in a travel trailer and move often, I am always trying to find someone who is good to cut my hair. I usually look at other people's hair, when I am at a restaurant, or in the grocery store, and if I see a cut I really like, then I ask that person where they got their hair done. The problem where I am right now, is that it is a very rural area, and most of the people I have asked get say they get their hair done by someone they know, who does it at their house.
I went yesterday to a shop in the town, and got the worst haircut of my life! I feel like I need a hat. Help me. How do you find a cut hair stylist?

i agree with you, when i cut my new hair style, and go to shopping, i see so many people hair style like me, same hair style around on the road, when i enter hair salon, the designer will show me latest magaine and tell me this is fashion style this year, but actually i don't want same hair style with other, i will search information, and tell them what kind style i want it.
