My husband works Monday through Thursday so I do all the cooking on these days. I fried hamburgers and mac and cheese. It was a fast dinner. I do not like to cook anything to long because of the heat in the kitchen. Now on the weekend my husband will cook on the grill. This weekends menue is pit beef. It wil be great. I will probably serve a nice salad along with the roast beef sandwiches.

We had tacos last night. They were sooo good!
Tonight it was just myself for dinner. My husband and son were both working. I cooked up some chicken tenders and I had some grapes. Nothing real exciting. But I did save room for a dish of ice cream later on :)

My fiance did the cooking tonight, not me, but we had frozen pizza. Not terribly exciting or glamorous, but it's relatively cheap (cheaper than ordering pizza), and it's nice to have a really quick and easy meal once or twice a week. :)

I am cooking for my husband and my kids and I am cooking simple pasta with spaghetti sauce. Its nothing fancy but it fills the hole in the stomach. Plus my kids are not complaining and that is a good thing.

My husband and I had late lunches (leftovers) shortly before the girls came home from school. Both girls have sports activities at 6pm (our normal dinner hour). Since they don't want to go to their activities on a full stomach I told them to get themselves something to eat now since DH and I have already eaten.
