What kind of things make you mad?

Such a thing sounds kinda bad to think about, but I think it helps if one is able to know what makes them mad. once they know what it is that dons upon their anger, they can then work to alter and eventually get rid of the source of their anger. Please, comment and say what you believe makes you angry and how you are trying to change this.
