Suck ups

Does anyone work with suck ups, a** kissers? OMG, I work with this lady and she is a "CSM" (Customer Service Manager) and I am a cashier and there are several "CSM's", to help with the front end and there are Assistant Managers for certain areas of the store and then the Store Manager, ok, so this one CSM is such a kiss a**, I mean whenever she tells a cashier to go here or there on whichever register or whatever she is wanting them to do, she is most likely to be very rude and snotty as hell, but as soon as she pages a Manager or speaks with any member of Management, she is this sweet innocent little thing and I could not believe my own eyes when she first started to do this and wow, I just can not stand people like that. Do you know of anyone that you once worked with that did this just to stay on good grounds with the Managers? Have you ever confronted them on how bad it looks and two faced that looks and can be or whatever?

He he he, I had to laugh at your question a little, it made me wonder what it would be like to have had someone working for me that was a toady. So, far I've encountered employees threatening me, threatening the client, turning up for work still drunk from the previous night and forgetting where the left their car, coming knocking on my door at midnight because they were beaten up by their boyfriend, living in my motor-home for 3 years but never toading. all the best urban

I work with a woman who will be nice as anything to your face and then tell the manager about something so stupid and mundane it's unreal. She will tell her about a tiny mistake but she will do so in a way that will blow it all out of proportion and make it seem like 10 times bigger than it actually is. If the trash can has a little bit of garbage at the bottom of it she will say that the garbage was not taken out. Or if a light was left on she will say that everything was left on. When i said something about my manager being very rude to one of my co workers she went straight to her and told my manager. When my manager came to me about it i told her what i said, how i said it and she blew it all out of proportion again. So finally i went to her and told her if she had a problem to come straight to me to try and correct it instead of to the manager and i would know how to fix it, on the off chance that i didn't she could then go to the manager. After that everything stopped.

Wow! Sounds like she is a drama queen and possibly a trouble maker! That is kind of like this girl I am friends with, or whatever you want to call her, she did kind of the same thing to me and made a huge thing out of it and it was like I couldn't trust what I tell her and her only because she has to share it with everyone, counting the one that I was talking to her about, so now I watch what I say. I am glad it did stop and let's hope it stays that way. -Lora

I have in the past, but I am now disabled. I have known of people trying to get others in trouble. I had a supervisor that was controlling. I she left before I did and the director realized what she had done to the hospital. She went to selling real estate, and would you believe that she sent me a postcard asking for my business if I ever sell my house or want to buy another one. That was a good laugh.
