weaning the baby

i plan to wean my baby but i find it so hard ..she just cried and cried and i cant stand it..any mother there..can give some tips???????

I weened my son while the signs on the calendar were below the waist. I had always been told if done at that time it would work. It did for us. My bets friend tried to ween her daughter when the signs were not in and she had a terrible time with it.
