I totally agree! it is good to be rewarded materially by the hard work that we do but it is a lot better when it is able to bring out the best in us as we accomplish the work. Having this kind of attitude also helps us look at things differentky such that work becomes an enjoyable and inspiring endeavor than a heavy burden and obligation.

As we improve more on the inside we have the potential to earn more anyway. A positive attitude and good work ethic goes a very long way.
