major pain

I had a normal delivery. I had my husband and my mother beside me,but all they can do is to watch me suffering from that horrible pain. that was three years ago, and as much as possible i don't wish for another one anymore.It's a good thing i had it normal than CS.

Hi mamakatsarj! i delivered through cesarian section too, to my first baby but I would say that it was smoothly going experienced. I don't feel its was hard as it is. Well maybe that's what i always put in my mind when im suffering from pain. Good thing i have my husband with me during those times of hardship. He help motivate me by keep on telling me not to think more about the pain so it will not be that painful to bear.Sure thing it helps. I got easily recovered in three weeks time. I can managed to walk alone without any assistance. Sometimes the operation still aches but i know i can tolerate it.I had a high tolerance of pain. Hahaaha....:)

It took me a long time to get over my C-section too. When I went back to my favorite doctor who had been on leave while I had my baby, she said the incision her colleague made was beautiful, and it probably shouldn't still be giving me problems. But it did, for months on end. Even now, after over a year, sometimes when I exercise too hard I feel pain there. I only have one baby, so I don't know how hard vag birth is to get over, but I hear it's not as bad as this! Then again, I have known some women who had C-sections who were over it very quickly. So I guess it's just different for some people than for others.
