Hi, Wino22, I guarantee that anybody can lose weight if they take every morning in empty stock half a hour before breakfast, at night before sleeping, drinking HONEY AND CINNAMON power boiled in on cup of water. If they take regularly it will reduce the weight to even a obese person.
Also drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fact to accumulate in the body, even though the person may eat high colorie diet. For your information, honey and cinnamon power if used proper proportion, it will cure the following dieases:

hair loss
bladder infection
toothache
cholesterol

infertility
stomach upset

Neither of your suggestions is appropriate. Stop eating will easily developed into Anorexia and risky the life. Taking medicine may help in losing weight, but there is side effect that may harm the liver; heart etc. So the best way to lose weight is do exercise and eat smart.

The BEST way to lose weight is by the natural means that our bodies are designed for.
NOT "medicine".
And DEFINITELY not pharmaceutical poisons - because that's what they are.
More activity, and less fuel, means your body will use up whatever excess it's got.
No need to go silly about it.
Simply turn the equation around, and over time the weight will come off.
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, go on more walks, do more gardening, cut down on cooked foods if possible and try to cut down on junk like pastry and ice cream and such.
Cut down especially on high protein foods - they damage your body, especially if you use them as the basis for a diet.
Change of lifestyle is the best approach - that's sustainable, and will keep any weight loss there for good.

it's not among the choices you've given. . .when you say "best", i assume you're considering the option that will also NOT be detrimental to your health..
i go for exercise and coupled with a good diet. . .

I wont take any medicine not stop eating but i will do some proper exercise and gym in order to loose what i have extra.

Stopping eating is rather silly...
The best way to lose weight is through diet and exercise, in order to exercise well you need to eat well, have a diet that is low in fat, but can provide you with energy to exercise and get through the day.
I'd also recommend joining a gym and going there at least once a week, on top of your daily 20 minutes of good exercise.
