how would you deal with back fighter people

How do you deal with people who smiles in front of you and would saybad at your back ?

If i ever caught who they are then I will confront them. Because it nver been my nature to sulf and make snnide comments. Its better to face it off together and settle the issue once and for all. :)

I would still confront her, let her shout. She should not be allowed to get away with bad behaviour just because she is a mother

BUt what if that back fighter is your MOm , that you cant confront her because she would be shouting and will make it a big fight .

what if the person that will do that to you is your MOm ?and she talks about you in every person she speaks too. but she is very kind in front of you
