Well, I've got the flu. It's the third day since I started feeling the symptoms. At first I was feeling my throat is sore. Then I sarted to feel headaches, then parts of my body ached, felt sooo tired and weak and of course I was sneezing so much, have stuffy and running nose. Not at all a very good feeling. I had a rest yesterday, and I feel much, much better today, but there's still the feeling of tiredness and stuffy/runny nose. I wonder, when you get the flu, do you have some special thing that you do to recover quickly? Aside from drinking lots of water and plenty of rest. Maybe you can share some tips to getting back to tip-top health. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear it. Have you seen the doctor yet? You can try some medicine. Drinking lost of water and having a good sleep will be very helpful. Besides, have you heard of the chicken soup? I heard that it really works.

Really? What does this chicken soup have for ingredients? I mean, does it really make you recover faster? I didn't think I need to go to the doctor because I know this will just pass. I'm taking over the counter medicines though since day one. I'm just curious as to how I can deal with this a lot faster. Thanks for your help.

Yes, I heard some people say that when you have a flu, the chicken soup is very helpful. It's very easy. Just put the chiken and ginger together to make a soup.
