Reasons to get more Sleep..

There are many reasons to get more sleep in our daily life and of course in a less busy world we'd all grab extra shut-eye.But It could have more effect on your health than you think.So far i've read a few article and by sleeping more,it could make you thinner than before.The less sleep you get,the higher your body mass index tends to be.The other reasons is it could boost your memory better.Sleep plays a key role in making new memories stick in the brain.Therefore,if you don't want to lost/forget something important,try to sleep more than 5 hours a day.Any other reasons that anyone of you in mylot knew about it?
