A normal person requires 8 hours of sleep a day and the variation from person to person may be in 30 minutes to 1 hour. one should not sleep one one sees a bed. In fact too much of sleep will cause a lot of health problem. Sleeping during day time, one may encounter a problem of sleep in night and this shift in timing itself will cause a lot of health problem. One will not notice such things during young age when blood is hot - what elders call. Therefore it is better to sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day and not more.

I love sleeping, but unfortunately I do not get nearly enough sleep. I average about 6 hours a night, which obviously is not enough, and I am always feeling tired during the day, and feeling like I could take a nap at any time! I wish that I could get myself on a better schedule but with all the working and babysitting I do, it is difficult!
