Windows Vista is really good. It has a lot of new cool features. The windows Aero is simply superb and unmatched. It has a advanced security features.
I Have a laptop , Graphics card Geforce 7400 , 1 GB DDR2 Ram and intel cor22 duo processor T5200.
Most of the programs work fine if you have 1 GB or higher Ram speeds other you make have problems. With a minimun of 1 GB Ram , Vista runs smoothly , The only problem you will face is run 16 bit programs as it is 32 bit capable. SO I suggest you Upgrade to Vista as soon as possible if you dont have it.
Seems Like you are new , Welcome to Mylot , have a happy posting !!!

don't use windows vista. Ive had nothing but problems with it. I went back to windows xp and the computer runs better. The new spyware practically depends you to have windows vista. some spyware won't run on windows xp lol. why upgrade to something that could cause you more security problems ??

Hi Pramo
I've been using Windows Vista since the day it was available. My main desktop at home has Vista Ultimate on it, and I have experienced very few issues at all with Vista.
