I walk less than one kilo meter per day as my office is very near my home. During my lunch breaks, sometimes I will go to the supermarket that also near my home to buy some daily necessities. Because I walk so less distance, I will ride the indoor bicycle to make sure I sweat and stay fit...LOL

Daily i walk too much in my office, may be more than 2 kms.

I walk about a kilometer.But more than that I go for jogging daily in our ground and sometimes to the outside road also.Infact Im a good runner too..Not boasting.
