A daily dose of multivitamin or a flu shot as the sniffles start may not be enough to keep you healthy. Your physical well being is affected by almost every aspect of your lifestyle .
How much you exercise. How much you deal with anger. How much you deal with anger. How much you sleep at night- all have a profound impact on how effective your immune system is. When that system is weakened you are not only more susceptible to illness and ailments, but also less able to fight them. That's why it is so important to tackle bad habits and negative emotional that break down immunity.

You are absolutely right about the physical well being of a person has a huge impact on our health.
Mentally sick which is related to emotional problems such as depression need to be taking care of before get into the next step.Where Counseling is needed to stabilise your emotion before you started your goal of being healthy.

Yeah i have alot of them but the main i hate myself but can not get off that is my sleeping routine as i sleep for very few time i wake up round about 7 am in the morning and in the night i sleep after 3 or sometime 4 am so thats why i can not do anything about as before this time i dont even get the sleepy feelings :(
