Wat will u do if u are fully bored and irritated with your life??

hello josyula, i will try to concentrate on other issues and start thinking positively. i will start fixing small target to acheive positive results. But never take drastic decision and never get depressed.

I just look for a resort. But I seldom gets bored because I have a lot of things to do. I read, paint, draw, do online programs, attend to my childrens needs, and managing a business. So when boredom hits me once in a blue moon, i just go out with my friends.

I woudl most definately speak to my closest freinds about how I am feelingm then I would wait till I got some alone time, write down all the positive and negative things in my life focus on those but also think about what I can do to change the negatives into positives so taht they outweigh the negatives, if taht makes sense, a good walk usually clears my head too.

i would rather shout until i get a sore throat. ^_^
