A reason to change job...have u some advice?

In my region is difficulty to find job...and we can't choose where to work, but often we change job for many reasons...What do u think?

I always tot of changing job, but really i am still working my first job since graduation. It's hard to find an ideal job that we always dreamt to have. I rather carrying what i am working, then quiting without knowing if i could find a second job.
