I've resently been experiencing small bursts of extreme anxiety, and I have no idea why. I'll just be minding my own buisness or doing my job or somthing, and suddenly I'm paniking and angry, depressed, and fearful.
I even almost had a panic attack at work when my boss walked up behind me and patted me on the back. It was all I could do to remind myself that he most likely didn't want to kill me.
I did manage to calm myself down, but I have no idea whats going on, or whats causing me to feel this way.

just breath a couple of deep breathes and move on, theres no use panting over it, and if its that bad then just go exercise, i suggest swimmming, and remember theres no point in worrying in life cause ur never gonna get out of it alive!

Yeah, thats exactly it. I have no idea what causes them, or how to prevent, or even stop them from happening.
