"a pair of " website ~question

can somebody tell me what this site is? i've heard of it,but not sure what it's for.. is it just a link reference site,pay per click,or other? if you use it,it is good?

Its a site made for people from US, UK and European countries only. I am from Pakistan but I am a member of it from a very long time now, almost one a half year when it was launched. In beginning, apairof had no restrictions of some countries from joining but they have restrictions now. I am still a memeber and I am not getting any mail from them because of my location. They say they have mail sending problem which is not resolved to date. I hope people from the countries I described in the beginning are not having any kind of problems.

oh,that sucks:( that's not really fair to people who were previously members before the rules changed.a lot of sites are doing that now i hear.
