I just got back from Chicago. They performed, for all intents and purposes, their ENTIRE discography. SO amazing. I spent thousands of dollars to go and see them. So, to answer your question, no they do not suck live. I'm not sure about rules for posting, if I knew more (I need to look it up) i would post a couple videos that would immediately crush your questioning of their live performance.

i havent seen them live since im far from there planet hahah... but i saw lots of there live music video from old to new and i must they dont suck in fact they are really good especially claudio.. added info: claudio is also suffering from an acid reflux whre it messed up your voice...so there are times when claudio cant sing to his best.

They used to be horrible live. I hated them for a short time for that very fact. But I saw them while they were touring "Good Apollo" and they were almost flawless. I think Claudio finally learned how to use his voice and everybody has improved on their instruments. But 2 or 3 years ago I would have agreed with you whole-heartedly.

When they were touring for Second Stage Turbine Blade, they were pretty bad. They improved quite a bit for the next album. I saw them after Good Apollo came out though and it was nearly flawless. I think it was just a matter of Claudio learning to use his voice and everybody getting better from playing so many shows. 3 or 4 years ago though, I would have agreed with you, whole-heartedly.

I wouldn't say they sucked, I watched them Earlier this year at warped and have seen them four years in a row! But the first year i did see them Claudio needed to focus his vocals better and this last year he was warping the songs to much by adding new Parts in the guitar and that annoyed me. but for the most part they are pretty solid!

I saw them live at Nottingham Rock City when they toured Good Apollo and they were amazing. unfortunatly I didn't get to see all the concert. Some idiot elbowed my wife in the throat and she passed out, so I had to drag her out of the crowd. What I saw of the band I really enjoyed
