i need help, in a big trouble .... there are lines on the picture which i print

the ink in my printer was finished so i bought new one and fitted it in, but the problem is that i can't print the picture in good quality, there are a lot of lines present on the print, can you help have you ever faced this problem? and the color is not the same which is there on the computer. please help.

i think you need a little cleaning in you printer including the surface of the printer head. this may help get rid of the lines. regarding the mismatching of colors that of the screen and the printer output, you rather check your settings and preferences of you printer. check your printer options menu.

hey thanks very for helping, i am cleaning it but i don't think that this will solve because my printer is rarely used and i have only finished one cartidge by printing from it thanks, if anything else comes in your mind which you think may help plz, plz post it here.

Once you fitted the cartridge in did you align it as I know I have to do that for my printer. Also when printing you can choose the quality usually for examlple photo or max photo, also you can change the colour settings to whether its for graphics, auto colour, natural colour, photo quality etc. I hope this has helped, if not have you looked in any booklets that came with your printer.

yes, i did align it as it should be. i have tried to make the quality best but i couldn't remove the lines present on the print, i also can't find the booklet. i think that there is any problem with the cartridge because it was printing perfectly when the last cartridge finished.
