please suggest the best way to loose or gain weight please do not suggest any operations... only natural ways to loose extra weight

Well I can't tell you the best way because not every method works for everyone. To loose a few extra pounds, meditation is very good. To much of the hormone cortisol in your system will make you gain weight. Meditation can help to reduce this hormone and will help you loose weight. I've lost at least 5 pounds just from meditating.
Other things that can help you loose weight are herbs that will give you more energy and speed up your metabolism. Green tea and ginseng are very good for this and they are inexpensive. They won't make you loose a lot of weight all by themselves though. Eating well and exercising will make you loose a lot more weight. Eating organically when possible can really help you loose a lot of weight. I have a friend that lost nearly 100lbs from doing nothing but eating organically.

hey you are too good... but let me tell you i m not over weight i asked this coz my friend is interested in loosing weight without medical treatments....

hm naturaly walking can reduce weight a lot, because if we walking constanly we can force our body to move every time and keep the body burn the fat and calory, and in fact walking is better than running because when we running we cannot all the time run, so my suggestion is you can walk a day minimum 30 minute at every time and kondition or walk about 10.000 steps..

To gain weight,eat more,sleep and dont do much of physical labour.To loose,eat less,do some hard physical activity and walk daily for a 4 kms.

It all comes down to calories in vs calories out. We lose weight when we burn more calories than we take in, and we gain weight when we burn fewer calories than we take in. Of course, what you eat, when you eat it, and in what combinations can play a role as well. The amount of calories we burn is influenced by how active we are. And, not taking in enough calories can actually slow weight loss.
