I thought I've heard it all

I just read this article about this couple's neighbor that had a summons slapped on them for their kids making too much noise in their pool. Give me a break! It's Summer! Kids are supposed to be able to go outside and play and scream. That's what Summer is for. Now I could understand if it was like after 9 pm or something but in the daytime?? That's just crazy! That neighbor is just nitpicking. Luckily, they didn't get in trouble for it. That would have been so wrong if they had.

I agree with you. I lived in a building which had no restrictions,there were many families with children ..then an elderly man moved in with his mother and he started complaining that all the kids were making too much noise. In this case he should of never moved there to begin with. But back to what you said...that is ridiculous! Kids are kids and they are having fun.
