What do you do to shake off nerves?

I am heading out to a job interview this afternoon, which is a call audtion where I have to actually make some calls to some potential clients and I am really nervous and can't seem to shake the nerves off. So I was wondering how all of you get rid of them?

one thing to remember is that the person interviewing you is likely just as nervous as you are! but another idea is deep breathes...that will help too! not to worry tho, everyone is nervous when they go for an interview...

Thanks for sharing!! I'm not necessarily talking about just interviews, just how to shake off nerves for anything. You know if you here bad news or have to go to the doctor/dentist, how do you get rid of those bad nervous feelings?
