Serenity NewsFirefly hits the television airwaves once again, this time on the Universal HD Channel.
Starting in July the Universal HD Channel is going to start airing Firefly again on Saturday nights but that's not all. They have also created a Firefly fan forum for Browncoats to "misbehave" in.
Universal Admins are asking opinions, responding to users, posting Firefly photo galleries, and otherwise supporting these forums in what appears to be an attempt by the studio to gage the viability of possibly funding another Firefly or Serenity project.
Serenity is worth fighting for. Support Firefly and Serenity on the Universal HD Firefly Boards!

Oh, this is indeed good news. I think the longer Firefly/Serenity stays visable, the better it will be for the possibility of more projects. I did hear teh idea of more comics being bandied about, so I think I'll keep my fingers crossed for that one.

More comics would be good. Especially if Joss is writing them. The Buffy comics are great!

Oooh, this is exciting! :) I doubt that we get that channel, but it's not like we don't already own the DVDs. :)
The fan boards, though, sound like a lot of fun. I'll have to check them out! Thanks for the link! :)

Yeah, I don't get HD either...but seeing as how I know the DVD's so well I could probably act out episodes with sock puppets...it's not a hardship :-)
Hmmm...sock puppet theater sounds pretty fun :-)

Yeah, I don't get the channel, but I do post over at the board. Just another way to show TPTB that we're still out there & we're still in love with our show. :)
