I think single's enjoy more than the married ones..Singles dont have to care about spouse, kids,family,home,..etc.. single's dont have sorrows always friends, always party, do whatever we like....Which one do you feel enjoyable married life or Bachelor's life???

Personally, I love my bachelors life right now, but I'm also 22 years old in graduate school with thousands of attractive women. I don't make enough to fully support myself, etc. When the time comes I'm sure I'll change my mind and think that married life is the greatest thing ever. I love companionship and will eventually want to share that aspect of my life with someone, but until that day comes I'm way more partial to the bachelor life.

You have some valid points --I think people are happy with the single life just so long and then you want something more or just get older and your priorities change. Enjoy!

I have had both lives and I have to say I wouldn't trade being married for a single life for anything. Single, I felt like I was floating around, not really part of anything. Now, I am one half of something really cool. We are team, he is my partner, my other half. This is my prospective and my views. I know some singles that swear they will never get married and some divorcees that won't go down that road agian.

I have been single for quite a while. I would like to be in a relationship and possibly married. Since I am single, I might as well enjoy it. If I was in a relationship, then it would be because I wanted to be committed in one, the same with marriage. It isn't like I can all of the sudden snap my fingers and be married. It is easier to be single because that is how you start. It takes a lot of effort and energy to be in a solid relationship or be married. I choose to enjoy the state I am in at the time, so either can be enjoyable.

I love being married and wouldn't give my family up for anything! I really don't know what it is like being single, but I can't stand to be alone. I can't sleep if my hubby isn't there beside me. Married life all the way...

Forgot to add...I can have all the friends I want, party, stay out late, do anything I want and still be married and happy! Its called trust between my spouse and I. Of course he knows where I am going, but he doesn't stand in my way if I want to go out with friends.

I have been with my wife for almost 35 years. We have been married for 29 years. I could not imagine me ever being single again. She is my heart, my soul, and my spirit. We have 2 super children and our daughter gave us 2 grandsons. So the married life ahs filled many a void in my life and I am loving every minute of it to this day. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Every one have a several periods of his live. the wise one is that one who deal with each periods such a way to get comfortable. Single life has its period and in my openion it takes the years twenty, every one at that ages looking for friendship and study, but ther is a peroid, any one should look for marriage, to esyablish a family and have a goog and smart children. Every period of our live has its characters, and any one should live those periods, and do not escape from their responsibilies toward those periods.

ok, single life is cool! everything about it seems to be as attracting as a beautiful girl standing in paradise! but let me try to change your mind :) when you grow old, what will you do, who'll party with yuo if you have no kids? who'll sleep by your side if you have no wife? who'll make you laugh if you have no son? who'll laugh at you if you have no grandson? who'll take care of you and loves you then when nothing is left but your spoiled body and whited haired head but these who have spent a life time with you? these are the positive sides of getting married that only come late..

we have this friend who has stayed a bachlor all this time. he is now past 60 years old and in his younger years he had all the women he wanted, he had the looks, the money, the fame, but because of his lifestyle he seems not able to find the right partner. anyway when we attended a wedding and he was one of the sponsors and when he congratulated the newly weds he told them to treasure their relationship and be happy being together at all times and he told them that there's nothing like having somebody by your side. and he told them that it's lonely growing old alone.

i think both... we just have to move on from one state to another... whats important is that, while being single, enjoy that state in your life, leave no hang ups so when you get mature enough, go on, get marriend and experience a different level of happiness and fullfilment in life...

I have never been married, and for the most part,I was fine with bachelorhood, but as I am now at an age where I regret my lack of interest in married life. It is very difficult to find the right person when you reach 60 years of age,but I also find it very lonely. you must remember, when you are still young, you have your parents and many friends to keep you going, but once they either die or move away, then you start thinking of what you are missing not having a family.

Single life is definitely better for me. But I don't agree with what you said that being single will not experience sorrows in their life. Its not always a party life either. Maybe, you were blessed with a better life than the others and enjoying your singleness tremendously. Married life is difficult but it helps to gain you more knowledge and become wiser in life. You will have a clear understanding of what life is really all about. You learn the meaning of unconditional love, patient and perseverance.

Yes friend. I think you are right, but I think there is more happiness in marriage than being a single at times. If one happens to find the one he/she loves, he/she will even start regreting why he/she was single and no matter how one remain single, it will come to a time when he/she will start thinking of settling down for marriage (right or wrong?). Eventhough am still single and living with my parents (22). Thinking about marriage is the last think I do think, cos my desire to futher my education is the major problem I have now cos of financial problems. Thanks and have a nice day.

Oh Coolgeth you are still young and should be enjoying single life. I disagree that singles don't have sorrows though, being single can be very lonely even if you are partying with friends etc.. there are times when something is missing and that is a significant other in your life. I personally love married life. I am able to do all the stuff I did when I was single but I have knowledge that the person I go home with is my husband and isn't going to hurt me or give me some std. It is very reassuring. Married life doesn't always consist of kids but even if it did they bring more joy to your life than you could ever imagine. I hope one day you find that special someone to help you understand. :)

Being single and married both have their own advantage and disadvantage.I had been both single and married ,i would say i enjoy both of them .When you are single you wanted to be married ,after married you miss your single life..:) So nothing is absolutely perfect, you have to sacrify either one of them. To be honest with you i will prefer married life ,because i don't like to be alone .

us - long time ago, but still us now :)
I'm not married nor living with my boyfriend, but I do care about his feelings regarding what I do. So you don't really need to be married to care someone else. And I enjoy this life better than the single one. And I can't wait to move in with him:P So, for me "married" life works better.
