On Demand Profits

I just ran across this thing. The guy (the front page makes it seem like one guy, but I'm sure it's a company of some sort) claims huge profits for just $7 initial payment to get started. Is anyone doing this and is it working for you? What is it exactly? I don't want to pay $7 for nothing.
