Welfare

Do you support welfare programs of any kind? And I don't mean giving money to some hungry kid on the street corner. Do you consciously decide to support an orphanage or child welfare program, either monetary or voluntary work? What is the driving force behind wanting to help out?

I don't support any now, but I have in the past. The driving force is that you care.
