You know what I say? GO YOU! boss or no boss. the guy is a guy and youre a girl so whats the matter about going out? If he's the head chef or something then ooowwwwwHhHH he might surprise you with those candlelit meals at night when the place is closed! xD

In most work place that is not allowed. How old is your boss. You seem pretty young to be dating a boss unless it a fast food place. Like I said most place don't allow that kind of dating because it can cause trouble with the other employees if they think you are getting preferential treatement. Any way good luck.

well good luck with this I know I wouldnt want to date my boss sure there are advantages to dating a boss like special treatments but what happens if you brake up with your boss then the problems could start you would have to see that person every day at work and they could try to torture you if you decide to break up with them by making you do difficult task that theres no way you could do.
