I'm currently on page #84 of the top users and I've decided I'd like to start spending a little bit more time on mmylot everyday. I think I want to spend at least 15-20 minutes answering and starting discussions on Mylot everyday. If I do this (keep in mind other users are still posting too), how many days do you think it would take me to move into the top 10 pages of top users?
Is it even possible when I'm this far back?
Is it feasible to think that for at least a little while I could move up at least one page a day? I think it would be pretty easy to move up at least one page a day. I have to account for the fact that there are probably quite a few people ahead of me who are currently inactive.
What do you all think? Would this be an interesting experiment?

there are always possibilities and chances if you really devote you time here in mylot. within 4 months i see myself placed in page 22 of the top users. that's not too far from good. 'though i do not set goals for myself, i still commit myself to be around mylot everytime i am connected to the net. just think positive and never entertain the idea that we're here for a race...i want to read my name one day on the fist page of the top users.

Thanks for discussion, it made me go and find myself there, on page 22. I haven't set me any goals, I'm just hanging there when I have time, and I don't have time very often! In fact, it made me wonder how I managed to get so far. I don't know how much you have to post to move up a page a day. The differences are quite small, and as far I know some people are posting 50 times and more a day... Anyway, I wish you luck. Good climbing!

Yeah,
Since I made my powerful $1.00 day (lol) I haven't really posted at all and I've only moved up from 84 to 83... so much for moving up a page a day. I really thought I might get more involved, but then I realized essentially I'm still just writing for a pennies at a time and it's not worth it other than actually enjoying good discussions, and getting some referrals. Take care. Thanks for participating in my discussion.

I am on page 5 and am the 212th top user so far. It is easy to move up as a lot of these users are inactive or very limited in their time here. I've moved 12 spaces just today as an example. Good luck. I have no idea how long your quest would take either. I won't even venture to guess as I've moved so much in a few hours here. Hahaha!!
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Shane,
Just look on your left hand menu beneath your interests, referral URL, and population and it's called users by rating.

Wow, actually going up pages is really not that hard! Since my previous response I have gone up five pages and am now in the middle of page 145!! And if I make only 2 more responses I will just as easily move to the next page! So it is safe to say that at these low ratings you can go up about 5 pages every 10 posts. At the time that I am writing this, my rating is 185. Wish me luck in reaching the Top 100 pages like you!! Thanks. Rated +.

Wow that is a great rating congratulations! Looks like I am the only one in this discussion with such a low rating but I am slowly but surely increasing it daily! I am currently on page 150 third row from the bottom. I can't wait to reach 200 and then my goal will 300 hehe Rated +.
