is laptop a alternate for note books ??????

now science has improved everyone is using personal computer in home it has playing a important role in our life nowadays and added to that now every one is using laptop nowadays many schools and colleges are planning to use laptops in th place of note books is this a good idea or bad i think this will diminish the writing skills of young ones what do u think of that ?/

yes in this modern world we need something like laptop because it is very useful and very easy to take it anywhere.. i think planning in the place of using laptop instead of note books is not a good idea.

It is almost to the point where all english classes in my high school have laptops. I think it is a good idea. Even though it is on a computer, it is still writing and they still have to come up with it on their own. Unless they steal it.

It`s a good alternative, but very expensive. The modern children have no problems with the modern technologies, but unfortunately they have problems with more simple things as gramatic for example. And the idea to work with computers is very good, but just if it`s well-balanced and combined with traditional lessons.
