Who else is playing host/ hostess to the 17 year Cicada's?

Here in Illinois, we have our 17 year Cicada's in full force. My girls are terrified to go outside, because they are all over the place! Yesterday while swimming, we noticed several doing nose dives into the pool. My oldest daugher almost had a heart attack when one got stuck in her hair! In a few weeks, I understand they will go away, thank God!
