I love chinese food a lot. i love chowmein, stir fry noodles, manchurians, chopsueys, chinese fried rice. i love to make stir fry Chinese Broccoli. i make it twice or sometimes thrice a week too. it is very easy as well as very tasty to eat.
i dont think i have to tell you the way i make as you must be knowing it well enough , but then i like to share it with one of the chinese so that knows the best way to cook the best.
i take 300-400 grams chinese broccoli
garlic 4-6 cloves, diced
salt according to my taste
oil, 3-4 tbsp
i wash the broccoli, and then cut it. boil, in some water, and blanch the vegetables. heat the oil, add in some garlic and then the chinese broccoli, stir fry and then cook for 5 minutes.
serve hot.
i love these.

I love most styles of Asian food. I love Thai food, especially! I love the spices Chinese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, etc use! I know they aren't all the same, at all, but some of them have similarities!
I just made Kung Pao Chicken (with Morning Star Veggie Chicken) last night. I also made spring rolls for the first time. They actually came out pretty good. I was excited!
I make sticky rice a lot too. I lost the pot for the water so I haven't made any recently but I still have my bamboo steamer...just need another pot, haha! I miss my sticky rice!

I am from India, that too the southern part of India. For us the main source of chinese food are chinese restaurants.
I love chinese food, especially noodles & manchurians, but I am not sure whether the restaurants here serve authentic chinese dishes.
