i think all good businesses should start with a good business plan, backed by a feasibility study. sources of capital, location, etc., should also be part of the study to prove that it would be worth it to open this type of a business.
plus, a personal business, unlike being employed by someone, requires harder work and quite possibly, longer hours. plus, if the business isn't doing very well, you are more directly affected by it than if you were an employee. don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to discourage you. i just want you to make sure that this is what you want to get into because i really believe that if you want something bad enough, you'll really do everything in your power to be successful at it!
good luck! keep us posted with your progress if you do pursue this business.

Do you have a property to run your restaurant from? Have you got a name for it? have you got a menu plan? What stage do you require help with?
