do you deal personal things in working time?

what did you do when you are not very busy in your working time . chat with other? play game?
or explore on the web ? how long time do you work in your work day? do you consider it is right do something not work-related in your working time?

I think sometimes it can not be avoided because personal things can happen whenever,sometimes it is very urgent,so I have to deal it in working time.

Well, I am doing mylot then and have some chat with my sister sometimes with friends too.
I only have few things to do right now...too relaxing.
