Have trouble sleeping???

When I can't sleep, I drink Sleepytime Tea (from Celestial Seasonings), with a little lemon juice in it. That's about the only thing that helps at night. I've also found that if I exercise or take a walk at some point during the day it's easier to sleep at night.
