Lipstick or Lip gloss??

I use both but I love lipgloss more because it doesn't make the lips dry. Sometimes I want a more solid and dramatic look, I would use a lipstick only to give a solid texture to my lips. But most of the days, I would just use lipgloss as I love my lips to be shiny and they look more 3 dimentional! I figure that I use and buy lipgloss way more often than a lipstick.

I used both sometimes if I'm just going out with my friends and not so important events, just going to the mall I used my lip pencil and together I used lip gloss but if I'm going to a party or some formal events I used it both lipstick with lipgloss.

i really don't use lipstick at all.. my husban hates it when i put some.. i only use it when i go out but not all the time. it depends on the place where i'm going or what my business outside would be...

I prefer lipstick over lip gloss though I wear both of them. somtimes I team them up together to give a different finish to my lips.

I prefer lipstick because I like a strong, matt colour.

Girls wearing lipgloss look a lot sexier than those wearing only lipstick. Lipstick gives the lips a plastic kinda look. Their combo looks really good. Especially red and lipgloss.

I like using both too. This way my lips will have a shiny look. It's not because of the shine but because the lips look healthy that way. But if I have to chose between the two, I would prefer lipstick than lip gloss. Lipstick are more long lasting than lip gloss.

I also love both. If I'm in office I will wear lipstick in the morning. Then, after prayer I wear lip gloss or balm. :) I think both are nice and wearing both also make women lips sexier. :D

I'm more of a lip gloss girl. I don't really think lip stick looks right on me. Maybe it's just that I haven't found the right shade.

I like lipstick and I like lipgloss. I have to like the color, color matters more to me than texture. When I go out and have to have a shine that lasts longer than I usually use lipstick. I usually have a lipstick in my purse but I like the texture of lipgloss and put some on several times a day. It doesn`t seem to last as long as a lipstick, though. Both are fine for me.

I agree with you.. lipstick first then lip gloss. Because if you just use lip gloss alone, u need to use a little bit more than usual to get the color out. And then you'll look like you just ate something oily. Too icky. Meanwhile, if you put lipstick first and THEN lip gloss then even if you eat, the lip gloss goes first and the lipstick color will still remain a bit.. :) As for the smooching factor, i think guys will prefer flavored lip balm. Hahaha. I don't know.. *innocent shrug*

I like to use more the lip gloss coz it makes my lips shiny and sun protected. Though I also use lipstick on special occasions that are more formal. But on a daily basis, I use lip gloss more often. It's one of the things I don't leave the house without it.

Lipstick will be fine for me. As I seldom makeup, so even if I have both lipstick and lip gloss, I don't use them often.

A long time ago I always wore lipstick. However, I then got my lip pierced and the lipstick would irritate the hole where my piercing was. I stopped lipstick for good. Chapstick worked just as well and didn't irritate my lipring. I actually took the lipring out a little over a year ago and recently my friend has gotten me hooked on lip gloss. I don't wear it often, like when I'm at work or anything. But if I want to look nice I'll usually put on some lipgloss, I think it's much better than lipstick because it doesn't leave as many marks on people and/or glasses and you don't look like a dork when it comes off!
