Cramps

Sometimes I get the worst cramps! There are only a few ways to get rid of them. Here's what I usually do:
Soak the cramped muscles in a bath.
Have a beer.
Drink lots of water.
Lay back and do breathing exercises.

Hi sumimasen. I used to get a lot of crams in my feet. My doctor told me to get a magnesium suplement. I tried it, but the cramps still carried on.
Then I took someone's advice, and started eating a banana a day. It's full of potasium, which replaces the salt loss in your system. I drink a lot of water, and I think that flushes all the good salts out of my body.
