if we consider the amount of time spent, then yes the job of mother is very difficult.
But as far as responsibilities are considered, both the father as well as the mother have equal amount of responsibilities.
But I really feel that it is more easier to be a father than being a mother.

Both the parents have responsibilities to wards children. Women are supposed to be the first teacher for children. Father's role is also important. He disciplines the children. He protects them and educates them and helps them to stand on their own legs.
