It is said that a person who speaks rarely will have deep mind and person talks always will have a light heart.

It's true. But I think it's better that way, because if the person with the deep mind speaks his profound words too often...well, it might lose its effect eventually. But the people I know who are like this usually write well, so their wisdom doesn't necessarily go to waste.
