what do you eat at luch?

I usually eat Chinese food,maybe this is the best food.And western food does not fit for me ,too much fat and salt.Then add a soup,a complete luch.what is your luch?

I'm not fractious... what is for lunch that's what I'll eat... usually some soup and some steak... or... I don't know but something cooked anyway:)

in hot weather i dont want to have lunch but want to have some drink and just drink

Yes chinese food is good in that it encompasses soap, lunch while in western food there is no soup. Western food is also salty or fatty as they usually have french fries or other fatty substance
