Does anyone Know anything about planning an oversea's wedding?

Just wondering if anyone can give me any tips on planning an oversea's wedding. We don't know exactly where we want to have it yet, but we know it has to be a tropical place where there is a waterfall for the photos. Hopefully i can find somewhere thats a little bit secluded too. Has anyone had any experiences that may give me a clue on where to start?
