How do u know if you have diabetes?

Hi, It is better to do a blood check or urine check once in a while if you are scared. There are kits available now a days with which you can do it at home. When your blood sugars are too high you tend to dehydrate...excessive thirst is one symptom. Also your body cannot utilize the food you eat hence the constant hunger and weight loss. Fatique and irritability are aslo symptoms as others have already told you. My grandparents had type 2 diabetes so far I'm the only one in the family I know of with type 1. Which I have been since the age of 16. If you suspect you have diabetes see a doctor asap so you can start treatment if indeed you do have it. best of luck to you.
