What are your opinions in a long distance relationship?? was it worth it??

Just want need advice here, its been a while since i had really an ok relationship, most of it them, are situated aborad, and lately have meet this person, seems really nice and started liking him, but so many doubts in my mind rigth now...hope you can help me with this???
