How many emails would you say you read in a day

Email - People open email with as much expectation as they do regular postal mail..Seems, though, that the junk comes in much faster through email then the regular mail..What can be done??

wow. Only 4 or 5 emails.. I don't think I ever received such a low amount of emails in my box. You must have an excellent spam filter;)+

10 is not too many..skimming over them is what I do with so many..It's like getting the newspaper and reading only the headlines: I tend to read only the headlines ..that is the subject lines..If it seems important..then maybe I venture further into the body of the email:)+

Does that incluse the emails I get at work? If so then I'd say at least a few hours per day.

I usually get at least 300 a day. I just delete the junk and read the rest, its very time consuming at the moment though because I am on dial up.

I think by the time I am done with my job..which requires opening emails and sending off more emails etc..I no longer want to read my own email..I know that there is a program where you can have your emails read to you..which you can download on your computer. To me this is just as bad as having to read the email and sometimes takes more time then if i would read them myself;)+

I don't read many emails per day. I just don't have the time to read them all. They are too many! Most of them are the emails containing free information which I get from subscribing their sites. I skim most of them, and delete whatever that don't interest me or seemed unimportant. Usually I will take around 30 minutes to complete my email checking and reading and that's all.
