Should myLot Offer Country-Specific Sections For Members?

I was going through the "Discussions With No Responses" section and the lightbulb went off .. what if myLot created a new way for readers to get to posts - sorting them by the country where the person lives. That is not a racial attack or saying anything negative about anyone at the site but I will openly admit, there are some posts that I just can't understand no matter how hard I try. It can also help with people who live, say, in the UK, to get discussion about their local events like sports and politics. I do understand that there are a lot of users from all over the globe here and a lot of them do make an effort to post things that everyone will be able to follow. Do you think this type of a "sortie" is a good idea or bad?

This idea has many benefits, as sometimes I spend countless hours sorting out posts that relate to local movie and TV shows, or famous people known only locally . The idea has merits

i suppose they could make groups if they wanted to-that would be about the same thing. might be a fun idea:)

I don't think that the sections should be closed of to the rest of the community - like I'm from Denmark, and I would still like access to the UK section - but it that was the case, then yes, I like the idea.

I'm not saying to only show discussion from people from certain areas or to limit access, just that they offer "sorties" on the main page / home page. I think it would be helpful to have one for countries that you would like to read about ...
