Who is your favorite Food Network cook?

For those of us who love great food, and different dishes, and you watch the Food Network, who is your favorite cook? Though a little partial here, mine would have to be Paula Deen, simply because my wife went to Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and she is always cooking the kinds of variety food Paula does on her show, and if wifes cooking taste any where near Paula's cooking, WOW! I could only imagine how good those dishes taste.

I'm not sure I could pick just one, to be honest. I love a lot of shows on Food Network... so how about 3?
My 3 favorites are Alton Brown (I love that in addition to cooking techniques/recipes, he teaches the science of cooking), Paula Dean (I love her down home style and personality) and Duff (don't know his last name -- he's the Ace of Cakes guy. I love the stuff that he does in his shop).
