Weight Loss Competition - Friday, June 22nd

Alright guys and gals, its time for our weekly weigh-in!! Remember, you don't have to tell us your weight, just the pounds you lost or gained. The choice is completely yours! I will start off by letting everyone know that I did not gain or lose anything this week. I am very surprised that I didn't gain anything because with everything that has been going on with my dad, watching my weight was the last thing I was worried about. Thankfully I didn't lose my way, and I stayed the same. Of course things will be harder this week because my dad is starting chemo and radiation, but I plan on exercising every day. I'll just take it day by day! How did the rest of you guys and gals do?

I think that focusing on your dads recovery is going to help you also focus on yourself.....remember, he needs a healthy daughter to be there for him:) I did the worst this week and gained .4 pounds. This brings my total to loosing 3 pounds. I am still happy with this and will try to refocus starting today.

I will definitely be focusing on my dad's recovery. That is my #1 priority. You make a good point though about me being there for him as a healthy daughter! Thank you! I forgot to mention my total loss for this competition...1 pound! Oh well, at least its better than 0 pounds!

Hi there. I just joined MyLot and came across your post. I am not sure how this works, but I wanted to keep up with your posts so I did a 'friend's request..I hope you don't mind...my husband and I are starting a diet Monday and I thought your post would be fun.
