Do You Walk With Your Head High?

When you're out walking, do you hold your head up and look around you or do you look at the ground.
My friends sometimes make fun of me because I tend to look at the ground when I walk. They've said things like "Are you looking for money?" Now, I try to look up and see what is around me. How about you?

I think I do a bit of both. I need to look where I am walking so as not to fall over any obstacles, and then I need to see where I am going. Often I do find money too - that's a bonus. I don't thing there is a "right way" to walk as it is a matter of personal preference.

Oh, I agree there isn't a "right" way to walk. My curiousity lies in what people see (or don't see) around them. Finding money is always good. Interestingly, for me, I find more dimes than anything. Thanks for sharing.

It depends for me. If I don't feel like I look very good that day, like if I have a giant pimple (haha) on my nose or something, or if I am depressed about something going on in my life, I'll look down, but usually I like to walk around and take in what I see that's around me.
Plus I've actually walked into people before when I've walked around with my head down, lol, so that's something I keep in mind.

Yeh, walking "into" people is not good, hahaha. I'm glad to hear you take in what you see around you. Have you noticed anything particularily interesting lately?

I just walk as per normal , i don't hold my head high nor low ... i just look at other people from normal view yea

Cool....do you say "hello" or smile as you walk by people? I find now that when I smile at people they will smile back but I have also found that once you look at a person, they sometimes look away quickly. Thanks for sharing.
